What is ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched?

Starting on December 19, 2022, you will be able to access ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched from the pop-up on your homepage in the .

After you click that pop-up and watch your video, you will be able to access ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched by clicking on the button on the homepage.

You will also be able to access ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched anytime after December 19 by navigating to ‘My ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ’ and scrolling to ‘¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched.’

What does ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched Include?

¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Bird Guide App users who have logged 10+ bird sightings in 2022 will see:

• Their total number of sightings logged this year

• The total number of sightings ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ users have logged this year

• The average number of sightings logged by an ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ user this year

• Their top three most sighted birds this year 

• The top three most sighted birds for all ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ users this year

• Their top three most sighted bird songs/calls this year

• The top three most sighted bird songs/calls for all ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ users this year 

• A map with the locations of their bird sightings in US states, Canadian provinces, and Mexican states this year 

• The location of ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ users’ bird sightings in US states, Canadian provinces, and Mexican states this year

All ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Bird Guide App users will see: 

• The total number of sightings ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ users have logged this year

• The average number of sightings logged by an ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ user this year

• The top three most sighted birds for all ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ users this year

• The top three most sighted bird songs/calls for all ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ users this year 

• A map with the locations of ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ users’ bird sightings in US states, Canadian provinces, and Mexican states this year

Can I download my ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched video?
Yes! You can download your ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched video by navigating to My ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ and scrolling to ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched. 

Can I share my ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched?
You can share by using the ‘Share’ function at the end of the video. Share the video out to family and friends on social media using the hashtag #¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵHatched.

Can I delete my ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched video?

If you would like to delete your ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched video, you can do so by navigating to My ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ and scrolling to ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched. Then click on the button on the left. This is a permanent action and we will not be able to retrieve the video for you. Please only delete your ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched video if you are sure. 

What do the different colored texts mean under the Sound Familiar screen?

• The green highlighted text is the bird species sound that is currently playing.

• The dimmed text is for a bird species that does not have a sound in the ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Bird Guide App.

• The white text is for a bird species’ sound that is not playing at the moment.

I don’t see ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched. Do I need to update the app?
Yes! You will need the latest version of the to access ¸£Àû¼§ÊÓƵ Hatched.
